Welcome to CodeNoobs, a mentoring community for aspiring web developers.
By accessing or using our services, including our website, Facebook group, and paid programs such as The Web Dev Kickstarter, Incubator, and Launchpad, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Scope of Services
CodeNoobs provides web development mentoring through free and paid resources, including but not limited to a Facebook community for discussions and networking, free educational content via YouTube, social media, and blog posts, paid programs such as The Web Dev Kickstarter, Incubator, and Launchpad, and future offerings, including online courses, consulting, and membership programs.
2. User Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to participate in CodeNoobs. There are no geographic or skill-level restrictions.
3. Paid Services & Refund Policy
Some CodeNoobs programs require payment, with terms specified on checkout pages. CodeNoobs does not offer refunds under any circumstances. By purchasing a paid program, you agree to this no-refund policy and waive any claim for reimbursement.
4. Community Guidelines & Code of Conduct
CodeNoobs is a positive and encouraging learning environment. The following are strictly prohibited: hate speech, harassment, spam, and generally negative or distasteful conduct, as determined by moderators. Self-promotion or promotion of services is not allowed, as this is a learning community and not a place for advertisements. Respectful communication is required, and members must engage constructively. Violations are subject to immediate removal at the sole discretion of admins and moderators. 5. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
All CodeNoobs materials, including courses, guides, and resources, are copyrighted and cannot be copied, shared, or resold without written permission from an admin. User-generated content, such as posts and submissions, is owned by CodeNoobs unless Facebook’s policies override this.
6. Disclaimers & Liability Waiver
CodeNoobs does not guarantee specific results, such as securing a job or earning money. Success depends solely on individual effort and skills. CodeNoobs, its admins, moderators, and affiliates are not responsible for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from participation in the community. Use CodeNoobs at your own risk.
7. Account Termination & Access Restrictions
If a user is banned due to a violation of these Terms, their membership will be canceled immediately. The user forfeits any refund rights and agrees not to request a refund. CodeNoobs reserves the right to restrict access to its services at any time, for any reason.
8. External Links & Third-Party Services
CodeNoobs may link to third-party websites, tools, or services. CodeNoobs is not responsible for the security, policies, or content of these third-party services. Users interact with third-party services at their own risk.
9. Modifications to Terms
CodeNoobs reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of CodeNoobs after updates means you accept the changes. Users are responsible for checking updates periodically.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Disputes must go through mediation or arbitration before legal action. Users waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits against CodeNoobs.
